Q. Can the Retail stores ship items?
A. No. All items are shipped from a warehouse through the online store. Our retail stores do not have the supplies or equipment to ship items.
Q. Can you return items purchased from the website to the stores?
A. Yes. All merchandise purchased may be returned or exchanged for refund within 30 days of purchase with original online receipt in new condition. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Credit card transactions will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase. Please allow 14 days for processing.
Q. What if your item comes to you damaged?
A. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, but some times damages happen. Please contact the Customer Service department where they will help you with an exchange or return. Retail stores will not be able to return or exchange damaged merchandise.
Q. Can you add items to an order already placed?
A. No, our program is not set up to accept additions to an order already placed. You will need to place a separate order.
Q. How do you change or cancel an order?

Q. What if you have questions or comments about an online order?
A. You will need to call the Customer Service number for online purchases at 916-205-8486 or email at email@example.com. Retail stores will not be able to help you with any questions you may have on your online order.
Q. Are promotions and coupons usable online.
A. No. All coupons and promotions through the Retail stores are not valid on an online purchase. Online coupons will be sent through our email newsletter so be sure to sign up for that.
Q. Do you ship out of the US?
A. No. At this time we do not have a way to ship out of the continental US. Shipping rates are extremely high to ship out of state.
Q. Will you get more product that shows out of stock?
A. Yes. We will remove a product if we are not going to be getting that item back in. Some of our items take a while to get back in stock. If you would like to be notified when an item comes back in stock please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. What are the shipping charges for online orders?
A. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse within five business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Q. Can’t get your gift card to work online?
A. We have just made gift cards available to purchase and redeem online. Gift cards that are purchased online are the only cards that will work online. But if you have an existing gift card that you have purchased in the retail stores and would like to use it online please email email@example.com and we will get your card registered for online.
